Rosanne Galea is the President of the Malta Association of Women in Business. She has three businesses;
Galea Insurance Brokers which is an insurance broking company operating in the fields of transport, property, life and liability risks, Future Focus Ltd which is a management training working actively within the Leonardo da Vinci framework and other EU funded projects and Travel 4 that organises up market travel programmes for business travellers. She started her first business at the age of 25 years and is a first generation entrepreneur.
She is a graduate of Napier University of Scotland and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
She has lectured in many countries in the fields of sales and marketing and financial services. For a while she was the editor of the Insurance Quarterly which is the publication of the insurance Industry
She is also a board member of the Occupation Health and Safety Authority of Malta, the vice president of AFAEMME; a confederation of associations of women in business of the Mediterranean, a member of the General Retailers and Traders Union and is the President of the newly formed Malta Association of Private Training Providers.
Ms Galea is married to John and has two children, Corinne and Katya
Charlotte Gregory is the general secretary for the Association of Women in Business Malta.
Charlotte owns 2 businesses. Monkey Business which is a supplier of health and safety equipment and Travel4 that organizes up market travel programmes for business and leisure travelers.
Charlotte has been in business since the age of 21 and therefore has several years of experience. She has also worked on numerous EU projects and is considered to be a focal point for Malta for a number of them.
Charlotte believes in life long learning and customer service.
